The Quarter Is Coming To An End

If I had a hand that only had three fingers on it, then I would be able to count the number of weeks left in the quarter with that hand. What I used to see as a light at the end of a long tunnel has instead become a quicksand trap. Not including finals week, there are two weeks left, and that means that I have papers up the ass to write. Five papers in two weeks. Seems managable if you didn’t have the low attention span that I do. Grrr.

Stephen Getting His Head Shaved

I’m gonna try posting some videos on YouTube, and maybe this would be easier to view files. Will give it a go…

Took A Practice GRE Test

Only a few months away from graduating college, I suddenly found myself caring about what to do after. Trying to pass time a few minutes before class, I glanced through the California Aggie and saw advertisement for a practice GRE test. Today, I took it with a bunch of friends — too many to type — and boy did it go well!

Project iPhoto Is Going Smooth

Upgrading from iPhoto 2 or 3 to iPhoto 6 didn’t go as smoothly as I thought it would. Instead of a clean install + photo library upgrade, it gave me a lot of great thumbnails but no pictures. I had to back up my photos and delete everything in my iPhoto folder.

Mafia

So we have a new member in our household… his name is Mafia and he’s a little hellraiser. Rlyconfused got a a new kitten from the Woodland animal shelter and has decided to call him Mafia because of his tuxedo-esk black and white coloring. He’s really cute, but still kind of evil. He and Romeo

Lake Tahoe Pictures

Hah, in addition to fighting my cold, I’m also fighting off my laziness to post these pictures from Saturday’s Lake Tahoe trip. Must do homework. Must read. Too many papers. Too much to do or not do. Check out the media page for an uploaded movie clip of childish idiocy.

Day Trip To Lake Tahoe

Today is Ted and my relaxation day. Spending 5–6 hours in a car isn’t the nicest thing to do to one’s body. The trip was fun, but for some reason I think we spent most of the time in the car. We took a quick side trip to Carson City, Nevada where I took advantage of the best sale ever… Eight packs of Winterfresh sugarfree gum for 25 cents each! Oh my! There were more packs of gum, but I didn’t want to be greedy, but in hindsight, I should have taken them all!
