Erin McKeown Concert @ Cafe Du Nord

Last night’s concert at Cafe Du Nord was pretty good. For some odd reason there was a huge line to get into the club. Usually the line is nonexistent, but I guess many people were like K-Fan and me and bought our tickets online and held them at Will Call.

The Heiress (1949)

What is more important to a girl, the love of her father or the love of her fiance? In William Wyler’s (Roman Holiday, Ben-Hur) The Heiress, based on Henry James’ novel Washington Square, Catherine Sloper (Olivia de Havilland) is a young woman trying to live up to her father’s grand expectations.

No Wii For Me

Well, all of the Targets and Circuit Citys received new shipments of Nintendo Wiis today. I didn’t wake up in time for the Target opening at 8:00 AM but luckily for me, I wouldn’t have gotten one either since apparently a bunch of UCB students crowded the store for one.

Random Pictures

I’ve finally remembered to bring my laptop to school today. The wireless connection on the library’s fourth floor isn’t too bad considering I’m the farthest you could be from the building’s center.

I Really, Really Hate School

Going to school today, I had this terrible feeling hit me.

3,000 Miles

Well, this past weekend, I was sitting in my car. I glanced over at the odometer and I saw that my car had a total of 3,000 miles on it. I took my new cell phone and tried to take a picture of it. I forgot I don’t have a camera phone. I don’t have a digital camera either because I gave it to my sister.
