I just went running with Rlyconfused and the Friendly Neighbor and boy did they kill me. We ran the circuit around the lake, about two miles, I think. It was really good to run with them because they pushed me alot harder than I push myself, but it was still a pretty tough wake up call as they pulled ahead and I struggled for air. I want to do this. I want to lose this ridiculous weight and finally feel comfortable with my body. It’s hard, but I’m going to do it.
